By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Protein Tracker is a mobile app for tracking daily protein intake. The free version of the app includes advertising. An optional subscription ("Premium") removes all advertisements and may unlock additional features as described in the app at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions are offered on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly or annual). The exact prices and available subscription tiers are displayed in the app before purchase and may vary by country and platform. All prices include applicable taxes.
Payment is charged to your App Store (Apple) or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Premium features until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
As a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, in accordance with § 356 para. 5 BGB, this right of withdrawal expires for digital content that has already been fully performed with your express consent before the end of the withdrawal period.
By confirming the purchase and agreeing that the subscription begins immediately, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has begun.
We strive to keep the app available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any subscription features at any time. In the event of a material reduction in subscribed services, we will provide reasonable notice and offer a proportional refund where applicable.
Protein Tracker provides nutritional tracking as a convenience tool only. It does not constitute medical or dietary advice. We accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of data entered into or displayed by the app. Liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence remains unaffected.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For consumers in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of residence also apply. The place of jurisdiction for merchants is Minden, Germany.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The current version is always available at this URL. Last updated: April 2025.
